We consider ourselves pretty lucky to a have an exceptional team made up of over 70% women and a female customer at the heart of everything we do. So with this year’s International Women’s Day theme Accelerate Action as our inspiration, we’re holding a month of events to empower both women and men to succeed equally at Boden. First up on the agenda, we invited expert in all things influencing and impact, the brilliant Sarah Brummitt, to help us identify our own personal brands.
