We couldn't think of a better way to round off a month of empowering our female team to reach the dizzy heights of their potential than to deep-dive into the most important ingredient of all: Happiness. After all, if our shared Boden mission is to gift the world with 'happiness you can wear', we need the mindset to match. To help us navigate this gargantuan topic, we invited expert in resilience and post-trauma growth, Monica Kleijn Evason (or Chief Joy Officer, as we re-titled her for the occasion), to educate us about the pillars of happiness... and how to achieve it.
