My name is Karim Watts. I work with the financial underwriting team, with Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Massachusetts, and today, my team is volunteering at the East Virgin Water YMCA. We're helping clean up and, and maintain the campgrounds for the kids for the upcoming summer. My role here today is the site coordinator to make sure that we have people. Divided up to do the multiple projects that they have set up for us today. We had about 5 different projects for 30 people. the leadership skills that I, I, that I'm using today, making sure that you know that we're staying on task and that we're getting things done in the time frame that we have that we have set up for us and also that that it's an enjoyable experience for everyone here. The energy here is always fun. This has been a great time.
