Donald Trump is promoting a $5 million "Trump Gold Card" — dubbed the “EP Five” — claiming it allows immigrants to buy U.S. citizenship, though no official government approval exists. The pitch mirrors the existing EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, which has allowed foreign nationals to gain residency through investments since 1990.
