Here is an example: 80 female AVR with 23 mm Mitroflow & LIMA to LAD in 2011 TAV in SAV with 23 mm S3 in 2019 TAV in TAV in SAV last week Supra-annular 23 mm Allegra implanted after good predil with invasive P2P gradient of only 2 mmHg at the end.
