It took me hours after hours to make this video as a gift not only from me but also from these amazing experts around the world for you to reflect and think during this beautiful time of the year. You don't see similar video like this on social media these days. Why? 1. It comes from our 3.5-year-journey of interviewing over 1000 experts around the world. 2. We randomly select these insights and wisdoms and put together so you don't have to listen to one or two beautiful minds, but many more. 3. These experts are well-respected in their fields so you will hear from very diverse intelligences & perspectives. My suggestion to you: 1. Watch this at your free time 2. Get a pen and paper ready 3. Write down things you find interesting 4. Think of how to use them in your life 5. Take baby actions 6. Connect and learn more from these experts Share this video if you see its value for your friends and colleagues. Our world is getting better when good people do and share good things to others. And we can all be that good people. Happy holidays to you! https://lnkd.in/gV2quhKD Our appreciation goes to these expertsLisa Gable 📚 Michael Bungay Stanier Amii Barnard-Bahn, JD, PCC Linda Ackerman Anderson, Ed.D. As we head into the final stretch before the New Year, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle—last-minute shopping, wrapping up work deadlines, and juggling endless to-do lists. But what if we paused for a moment to focus on the little things that make this season truly magical? In my latest article (and YouTube video), The Science of Small Joy, I explore how small, everyday moments—like savoring a cup of coffee, hearing a kind word, or taking a deep breath—can weave a lasting sense of happiness into our lives. These tiny, meaningful moments may seem simple, but research shows they have a profound impact on our well-being. And during a season that often emphasizes "more"—more gifts, more plans, more expectations—choosing to find joy in the present can be a radical act of self-care and gratitude. This week, I invite you to: 🎁 Pause and notice a small joy around you. 🎁 Share kindness—whether it’s a compliment, a note, or a smile. 🎁 Focus less on perfection and more on connection. Let’s end the year with a renewed sense of presence and positivity. 🌟 I’d love to hear: What small joys are you savoring today? Let’s inspire each other to embrace the beauty of now.

A practice I’ve developed over the years is to identify three words or phrases that provide a focused and disciplined approach to the New Year: a holy trinity of inspiration, motivation, and celebration. As we welcome 2025 together, I pray you and yours are in the midst of a memorable Holiday Season toward a wonderful start to a promising New Year! https://lnkd.in/eztiYh5x

Happy New Month! We have gotten to the other half of this year and I bet we are all excited to be alive to see it. I know one of the key activities we are all urged to do as we step into this new month is to review and evaluate our 1st half goals. But... How about we don't just review and evaluate our goals and objectives but also our state as a people? That includes our emotional, physical, mental and spiritual state. When all these aspects are in the best state, it will become easy to achieve our goals and ambitions. So before doing the all-goals evaluation, why don't you evaluate whether, 💡 You are in the right state of mind 💡 Your emotional well-being is stable 💡 You are fit physically 💡 and lastly, if you are spiritually aligned with/to your greater power. You determine how your next 6 months will be. Get these 4 aspects straight and right and the goals you have set will be easy to tackle if not simple. Cheers to a wonderful July and a happy new week!

Just want to leave this here, in case anyone is working through their New Years' Resolutions (or deciding not to "resolve?" – to each their own!). This is my take on how I've moved away from the no-mans-land of vague resolutions to the two other extremes instead: setting some VERY CONCRETE AND SPECIFIC GOALS, and also enjoying some more spiritual/emotionally connected traditions, like picking a theme or word for the coming year, etc. Check it out! https://lnkd.in/dH4rfjzH
