Networking, connecting, cooking, and tasting – what a day full of food innovation! 🌱 We had the pleasure of co-hosting an inspiring event together with Botschaft des Staates Israel | Berlin, where Israeli #FoodTech startups showcased groundbreaking advancements in alternative proteins, fat, high functional ingredients and more. 🍽️ Our #Takeaway: From FoodTech to food protection, one key message became clear: We need to rethink how we process, consume, and perceive food – in all its forms and functions. #FoodTech is so much more than alternative proteins. It contains solutions across the whole food supply chain to address challenges such as high emissions and water pollution. The event brought together industry experts, investors, and key players from the German food sector for a deep dive into the future of sustainable food solutions.
