We are thrilled to announce that SVT Electronics has joined AROBS Group. The acquisition will significantly accelerate the development of the TrackGPS by AROBS digital platform by expanding our offering of innovative solutions for fleet management. SVT is a Romanian company that develops comprehensive solutions for tachograph data management and analysis. Its portfolio includes Tacho2Safe and Tacho5Safe, TachoSafe Remote Download (RDU), and TachoSafe Web. To date, over 120,000 manual and offline TachoSafe data download devices and more than 19,000 remote download devices have been introduced to the market. Together with the SaaS-based TachoSafe Web platform, these solutions manage data for more than 19,000 vehicles and 23,000 driver cards monthly. "This acquisition marks another step in our strategic direction of investing in advanced technology solutions to accelerate our growth in the telematics market in Europe.
