Benjamin Seas’ Post

A small update on life at Seas Design recently… As we approach our tenth year in business, I’ve been reflecting on what we’ve achieved. While I’m incredibly proud of our accomplishments, sometimes things can feel a bit stagnant in the way we work. We’re fortunate to work with amazing people and businesses, generating significant income for our team, suppliers, and freelancers. Looking to the future, I want to accelerate our growth and move the business forward. While LinkedIn can often be a space for constant positivity, self-promotion or gloating, I believe in the value of honesty. That’s why I’ve decided to reinvest in Seas Design, pushing us towards the next decade with renewed energy. A few years ago, when we were taking on new clients, we had few boundaries in place. While this flexibility was beneficial, it also blurred the lines in some areas. Recently, we’ve partnered with a few experts to streamline our processes, particularly around client onboarding and offboarding—areas that have posed challenges in the past. We’re also working on a brand-new website that will truly represent who we are and what we do. I want people to see the incredible results we’ve achieved for our clients, including impressive ROI, awards, and media recognition. We’ve rarely celebrated these successes publicly, but it’s time to start doing so. I’m sure many can relate—the struggle of running your own business often means focusing so much on your clients that you neglect your own growth. But now, we’re committed to bringing Seas Design into the next decade! I’m excited to embark on this journey with everyone. We remain the same fun, professional, and approachable business, committed to providing the personable service we’ve offered since our early days as a one-man band. We’re not a huge corporate company, and we’re open to working with any business, big or small. However, we also recognise the need to establish boundaries as we grow, ensuring we stay on the right path. Im looking forward to sharing more on this very soon!
