As we head towards the Thanksgiving holiday in America, may we truly be thankful. Over the years, I've noticed a trend of people being less thankful and more inclined to complain. However, being thankful is not just a religious observation; it's a universal practice that enriches our lives and workplaces. Thanksgiving has its roots in the early 17th century when the Pilgrims celebrated their first successful harvest with a feast, sharing their gratitude with the Native Americans who helped them. This tradition of giving thanks has evolved, but its essence remains the same: recognizing and appreciating the good in our lives.
