BEAR recently completed a significant, multi-phased renovation at The Drake Oak Brook Plaza. The project spanned the grand entry to the back corridors and included all public spaces. More than a face lift of finishes, the extensive project scope included removal of mail drops boxes, infilling of the lobby floor, new revolving doors and ADA compliant swing doors.
