Cardio Kidz is a youth running program dedicated to supporting the physical, social and emotional growth of children from the ages of 2-14, all abilities, in a positive community-focused environment. Cardio Kidz provides a positive atmosphere where encouragement and healthy competition allow every child to thrive. There are 3 upcoming sessions/races: ▪️Ages 2-14 ▪️April 6, 13 & 27 @ 3pm ▪️Winston Campus TRACK~ Palatine ▪️Regsiter here: https://loom.ly/z-zrhzc Each race emphasizes personal improvement and steers away from competitive pressures.
