This achievement reflects years of concrete actions and our strong commitment to #GenderEquality, evaluated across five key indicators: ✅ Gender pay gap ✅ Fair distribution of individual raises ✅ Equal access to promotions ✅ Support for women returning from maternity leave ✅ Gender parity among top earners Only 2% of French companies across all industries have reached this level in 2024, making this milestone even more meaningful. Since its launch, the Index has driven progress across companies in #France, and we are proud to be among those setting the standard.
