Hi, I'm Samantha Danahy and I'm an area Chief of staff for the Chicago market. So I always knew I wanted to be a leader, whether it's helping an associate, they're really difficult case or a client through a really difficult decision that they have to make after difficult conversations. I love being able to just huddle and get that team back together and on that right track to finish that day strong hyphen everybody up and getting them excited and something goes wrong. It's okay, brush it off. We'll get the next one. So I show up for these new doctors, whether they're a new brand or an experience. Veterinarian, by just being there for them, being able to have those one-on-one conversations and work through whatever struggles they're having or just whatever skills they want to improve. Having that positive energy and that enthusiasm and that just that excitement is truly how I show up for my team.
