We congratulate our Food & Beverage Manager Jared Hedrick for receiving the Exceptional Leadership Award. Since becoming Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in March 2024, Jared has excelled in his role, earning a promotion to Food & Beverage Manager in January 2025. He has taken on staff scheduling, payroll, and onboarding while continuing to lead with dedication. Jared recently passed his WSET Level-1 Wine Exam and became a certified TIPS alcohol safety trainer. His passion for beverages helped create cocktails for the Chef to Chef Conference and BCC’s Harvest Rye, available to members starting March 20.
