With the interior design by B+H Architects, an SJ company, the project marks a new milestone in SJ Group’s partnership with Zhenshi Group. Spanning over a decade, the longstanding relationship has produced landmark projects including the Zhenshi Headquarters and an international conference centre. Drawing inspiration from the grandeur of Dubai’s Royal Atlantis and other iconic landmarks, this latest venture will feature a luxurious 5-star hotel, Grade 5A office buildings, and vibrant commercial spaces.
