Can you picture a 6 foot tall young lady with a fear of heights, climbing the roof of a gigantic three-storey building to install solar panels ? Well, ladies and gentlemen, that was our superwoman, Mariama Sarge , on top of the CRS building for the last two weeks! “On the first day, my legs were shaking as I climbed the roof. Thankfully, Trainer Alieu Lowe and my other colleague were cheering and guiding me. By the second day, I was climbing like a pro.” Mariama revealed, while emphasizing that this project has taught her that growth exists on the other side of fear. According to Mariama, working on this project has also taught her the value of planning. “Before the actual solar installation starts, an efficient installer must have their plans ready.
