According to the latest data from the AVMA, 45.5% of U.S. households include dogs. 2dOne important step is to educate children and adults how to approach a dog and respect its boundaries. Children or adults teasing a dog (or any animal) is not okay. Knowing the warning signs a dog gives and respecting their boundaries is imperative. Animals do communicate. Humans need to learn to listen.
