(Session en anglais / Session in English) Intervenants : - Diana Seysses, Winemaker & Sustainability Responsible, Domaine Dujac - Miguel Cachão, Agronomic Engineer, AVIPE - Associação de Viticultores do Concelho de Palmela & REDWine Project - Marta Mendonca, The Porto Protocol Foundation - Kata Trifkovic, Inlecom Commercial Pathways & REDWine Project Context : The REDWINE Project, funded by BBI-JU, investigates how to leverage 2 tons of fermentation off-gas (CO₂) and 80 m³ of winery effluents to produce 1 ton (dry weight) of Chlorella biomass. This biomass is then processed to obtain high-value extracts for food, cosmetics, and agriculture, paving the way for a new EcoWine approach.
