Today, we proudly announce our latest innovation, the Flex Mortgage, which is a significant step forward in offering Irish consumers a flexible approach to their mortgage. The Flex Mortgage will be available to both new and existing customers from April 2025 through Avant Money directly and select mortgage brokers. Flex Mortgage is a variable rate mortgage, which is linked to the 12-month Euribor benchmark, ensuring transparency for customers. Key features of the Flex Mortgage will include: •  Customers may make unlimited overpayments and repay their mortgage in full without incurring early exit fees. •  Customers may switch to another product at any time. •  Rate is adjusted annually, ensuring customers have predictability for their repayments each year.
