2024 marked another momentous year for the Audax Private Equity platform. A year removed from raising our largest ever pool of capital, we saw considerable traction in executing our Buy & Build strategy. In total, we deployed $1.07B across our Flagship, Origins & ASC strategies – across 7 new platforms and non-control investments and 89 add-on acquisitions. And, across the PE platform, we generated $1.34B in total realizations through seven full and partial liquidity events.* Now in our 25th year, none of this would have been possible without the support of our investors, management teams, financing partners, and deal sources. *Total investments and realizations include Fund and GP and LP co-investment activity.
