ATANE, in collaboration with Lochner, has been selected by Rhode Island Department of Transportation for Construction Engineering Management and Inspection Services for the Bridge Group 95 – Route 4/I-95 Interchange and Route 403 Ramps project. This initiative includes two main elements: 🚧First, it addresses “The Missing Move” between I-95 and RI-4 by installing two new ramps. One will connect RI-4 North to I-95 South via a new bridge, while the other will link I-95 North to RI-4 South. A section of I-95 will be shifted south, and the existing ramp from RI-2 North to I-95 South will be removed. 🚧Second, the project will build the new Quonset Connector Ramps, which will connect the main section of QBP to the West Davisville District on RI-403. This includes ramps linking US-1/Post Road to RI-403 and West Davisville Road, along with a roundabout at Compass Circle.
