𝗔 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿🎯 Engine Biosciences and Singapore’s Experimental Drug Development Centre (EDDC), are joining forces to develop precision therapeutics for common cancers like breast, liver, kidney and prostate cancer. Their target: ENB-871, a cancer-linked protein. By identifying biomarkers that indicate which patients are most likely to benefit, the goal is to develop novel compounds that directly target and eliminate this protein. This partnership combines Engine’s AI-driven platform with EDDC’s drug development expertise, accelerating the path towards smarter, more personalised cancer treatments. We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Engine Biosciences to advance the development of first-in-class precision cancer therapeutics. This collaboration unites Engine’s AI-driven NetMAPPR platform with EDDC’s drug discovery and development expertise around a first project where the parties will jointly develop small molecule degraders to address “ENB-871” - a novel pairing of a drug target and patient selection biomarkers discovered through Engine’s platform.
