Arlington County's Department of Human Services (DHS) is hiring an experienced full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Services Clinician to support Arlington Partner/SHIFT (Shaping Healthy Interactions for Tomorrow) Program, a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and survivor-centered human services program. The Human Services Clinician will provide clinical support and direct services for participants enrolled in the Arlington Partner/SHIFT Program. The Partner/SHIFT Program is a county-wide and state-certified domestic violence intervention program focused on intimate partner violence support and accountability for those that caused harm. While the Human Services Clinician will work with all Partner/SHIFT clients, they will primarily serve the program's Spanish-speaking clients.
