Since 2023, we’ve proudly supported The Brotherhood Sister Sol (BroSis), a nonprofit at the forefront of social justice. Committed to educating, organizing and training the next generation, BroSis challenges inequality and champions opportunity for all.   This year, we’re continuing our support by providing funding for self-identified girls to participate in the BroSis College, Career and Wellness Program. Through this initiative, hundreds of Black and Latinx youth in Harlem and New York City will gain exposure to the college experience and receive guidance to plan for their future. Tatiana, a participant in the program, credits the organization with empowering her confidence and sense of belonging. “BroSis is like a family to me,” she shares. “A place where I found my voice and learned how to navigate life as a young woman of colour.” Beyond helping define her ambitions, BroSis provided Tatiana with a network of mentors and peers who continue to uplift and encourage her. “Through BroSis, I’ve learned that my education can be a tool to empower underprivileged communities — and that’s what I want to do for the rest of my life.” Today, Tatiana is majoring in African American Studies at Howard University. She remains focused on a future in diplomacy, community service and cultural advocacy. Even as a college student, BroSis continues to support her with scholarships, networking opportunities and career guidance — ensuring she has the resources to turn her aspirations into reality.
