We’re excited to add Step Up to our roster of Aritzia Community™ partner organizations. Headquartered in Los Angeles, Step Up is a mentorship nonprofit dedicated to empowering girls and those who identify with girlhood. Through guidance, support and meaningful connection, Step Up helps mentees pursue their unique vision of success. We’re proud to fund their Step Up on Campus initiative — an evidence-based national program that helps teens explore careers, build social-emotional skills and access mentorship opportunities as they transition into adulthood. To start, we’re supporting four schools in under-resourced neighbourhoods in LA and Chicago, with the goal of empowering 100+ girls. This is Women to the Power of Women™ — our favourite equation-turned-mantra — working in real time.
