I'm excited to share my personal life project, Ultimate Hunting®: https://lnkd.in/dZAKxKZH This has been a true challenge (and still a lot to do), where every detail takes time to achieve the desired realism and accurately reflect animal behaviors and animations. First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone involved in the project and the people who helped us create the trailer. I am grateful. Now, let's address something that many find controversial. Why is that? Hunting has been part of human history for thousands of years. It's a normal activity that requires proper training and a significant investment of time and money from hunters. Unfortunately, the discussion often reduces the topic of hunting to the term "poaching." But why? If hunting is conducted with all necessary permits, even for elephants, lions, or giraffes (where funds often go towards maintaining private parks and the meat benefits local communities), it cannot be called poaching, which is illegal. Trophy hunting is a real thing in the real world, and not too long ago, Botswana even considered sending 20,000 elephants to Germany (partially as a joke but they really have a problem with crop damage). Why when we kill other "players" in games like GTA or Call of Duty, we don't call each other murderers? There are countless examples. Games are meant to provide enjoyment and cater to players who seek that particular experience. Pixels allow us to do things we wouldn't normally do, to escape reality, and to have a good time in a virtual world. In the end, games are "just" pixels, and what is more dangerous is the toxic environment and harassment of other players, behaviors that should be eradicated. Fortunately, many of us have the opportunity to be part of amazing gaming communities where we can meet incredible people, learn about other cultures, and have much fun.
