If you’re early in your career in Finance, I recommend changing things every couple of years. That could be changing company, industry sector, the type of role you’re doing, or your location. Getting a cross-section of experience really helps your learning and professional development. But eventually, when you get into more senior roles, it’ll be time to settle, at least in an industry sector. This article explains my thought process, and hopefully it can help anyone who is trying to think through staying or moving at the moment. https://lnkd.in/gNxjiRz #finance #careers #cfo #accountant #accountancy #financeprofessional
