The guest experience is the job of everyone in the hotel. 🎶 Everybody sells everyday to grow our extended stay 🎶 Thank you Marriott for burning that into my brain. This idea doesn't resonate with the large percentage of hospitality workers on the front lines when it should! In this article Jess Johnson says "Someone coming for a wedding might have a great experience and then go back and recommend it to someone else. We’ve had those scenarios happen, which can lead to really beneficial business opportunities." (I'll post the article in the comments) Every interaction could make the difference in a guest naming your hotel their favorite spot or warning people to never return. How can we communicate this more effectively with our front desk and housekeeping teams?
