American Heart Association’s Post

What if you could work out while you work, without having to carve out a big chunk of time? You can by taking little opportunities to move more throughout your day. Just because you have a desk doesn’t mean you have to sit at it for eight hours straight. #WellbeingWorksBetter

My goal everyday at work is to get as many steps and movement in as possible..

Wonderful and actionable tips. I usually do the #1 a lot but I guess, it's time to step up and do more than just it. Doing it with a buddy would be good 💖

I'm all for #5, Gear Up! When we opened our agency, I bought my first standing desk and it's great! Combined with #4, Walk It Off, it really helps me feel better than if I just sat. Like they say, #MotionIsLotion

I love these tips because they're so practical! I especially appreciate the 'Find a Buddy' one. It's a great way to stay motivated and also connect with a colleague at work. Thank you for sharing these excellent tips!

An excellent tip. It's always healthier to keep yourself moving. Moving around can also get endorphins running, which can help mood and mindset.

4 and 7 are daily practices within our team; rain, snow, or sun, we walk our talk. Thanks for sharing.
