American Airlines’ Post

We’re celebrating 40 years of supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation through our annual Celebrity Ski event! Throughout the years, the event has transformed into a special tradition, offering team members the chance to give back and live out our purpose of taking care of people on life’s journey. Team members like First Officer Nathan Green and Flight Attendant Julie Molano volunteer their time year after year to support the cause. Over the years, American has raised more than $47 million to help fight CF. Here’s to continuing the tradition and making a lasting impact! 💙

What a despicable attitude, showing the team's lack of preparation to manage crisis situations, causing embarrassment... The worst part is that one of the criteria for changing seats is "woman traveling alone"

Empresa que desrespeita clientes, em especial mulheres brasileiras, não merecem estar em atividade neste país. 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷

The xenophobic and misogynistic Airline! This company has no respect for their costumers, it happened to me and to a lot of other brazilians. It's a known fact that USA is NOT a friendly country for latinos to go to, and then this disrespect! To a brazilian woman! Who was travelling alone! On women's day! And to the male brazilian staff member who was a part of this terrible episode, shame on you.

Aparentemente Mulheres Sozinhas não são Bem Vindas!

On March 8th, International Women's Day, American Airlines decided it would be appropriate-due to a broken business class seat—to remove a Brazilian female passenger from her assigned seat. They didn't ask. They imposed. And then they coerced her in front of the entire aircraft, even announcing over the microphone that everyone would have to disembark if this woman didn't comply. Happy International Women's Day, American Airlines. Unless, of course, you're a Brazilian woman traveling alone.

American Airlines, humiliating our customers.

You should support mental illness, since your team's lack of preparation and disrespect frustrate people's expectations. Respect Brazilians.
