My bad again. Amazon has given me such a hard time to get an order delivered to my place Mumbai,India...more than that the very kind customer care people they think they have kept for their customers to handle is so painful that I won't even think of recommending Amazon to anyone I know now. It seems that they have made enough money now that they don't bother about their customer experience and I regret that why did I choose Amazon as my shopping app to order anything. My order no : 405-5909143-1934769 Thank you Amazon for the worst customer experience you guys have given after getting paid from a customer that too for a COD order,making customer wait for the order more than 24 hrs, not living upto your commitment to deliver on time and spoiling a customers day. Hats off to your entire support team to loose customers like me..I will never ever buy or recommend my friends or family to Amazon.

😆 Classic. My two go-to's when this happens: 1. Pretend to scratch your forehead while looking down at their name badge 2. If name badge is turned around, in this case, ask to look at her coffee cup to see how baristas are writing their name to see if they "misspelled it."
