Colorado was 1-11 in 2022, 4-8 in 2023 and 7-2 in 2024. THIS is the value of true, authentic, people-centered leadership. Helping people grow into themselves and challenging their perceived limitations. Never allowing people to sit in lowered expectations. My mentors and leaders always challenged me to rise to greater heights than I even saw for myself. They never smiled at me and pretended like my mess was a masterpiece. That is demeaning and patronizing. They challenged me to elevate. I pray my private and public leadership continues that ethic. #leadership
