With over a decade of experience in strategic partnerships, sales growth, and regional expansion, he has a proven track record of driving revenue, leading high-performing teams, and executing go-to-market strategies in fast-growing industries. As Leader of Partnerships at Betterfly, Guillermo successfully established key collaborations with Chubb (Global), Banco Guayaquil, Grupo Asys (Costa Rica), and InterSeguro (Peru), significantly enhancing brand visibility and market reach. He also led sales and onboarding efforts across multiple countries, managing a network of 200+ points of sale and a team of 450 sales executives. Previously, as CEO & Co-founder of Cuestionarix, he scaled the company from zero to 500,000 registered students, expanded operations across Ecuador and Costa Rica, and built strategic partnerships with educational institutions, enterprises, venture capital funds, and NGOs. His leadership not only drove business growth but also spearheaded a nationwide social impact program that provided over 6,000 scholarships to under-served communities.
