📢 Board Announcement: Welcoming Nicole Coll to Alpha Group 📢 We’re delighted to announce Nicole Coll as an independent Non-Executive Director of Alpha Group International plc, effective 17 March 2025. A qualified chartered accountant with 25+ years of financial services experience, Nicole has held a number of Executive Director, C-suite and leadership roles, including as CFO of a privately owned UK Bank, Chief Financial Accountant at the Bank of England and several senior finance roles at Société Générale. Nicole currently maintains a diverse portfolio of independent non-executive director (NED) roles across leading financial services organisations, and upon her appointment will become Chair of Alpha's Audit Committee. Commenting on the appointment, Dame Jayne-Anne Gadhia said: "I am delighted to welcome Nicole to the Board.
