Research grants enable our clinicians and scientists, including Alejandro Adam, PhD, to conduct hundreds of studies each year. As part of a new, five-year study on organ failure, Dr. Adam and his team hope to contribute to the development of new therapies that prevent organ damage without impacting the body’s immune response.
