Guard your energy. Like all I hear is chaos, but a lot of people that reach out to me, they're always talking about the market and the jobs and the massive layoffs. I love the chaos. I love when there's recession. I think there's opportunities to move. So if you train your mind, like where the opportunities, yes, there's less jobs, but I see the opportunities. And when a lot of people do is when they lose their job or you know, when the markets tight like this, they start playing defense. They don't want to go and spend money on certifications and training. They don't want to go meet people. They just went heads down, do their job. But it leaves opportunities for people like myself. They're like, hey, I don't feel the wrath of this industry of what's going on. Crypto winter really doesn't mean anything to me. It just means more opportunities. So make sure you're guarding your energy, especially if you're working in the place that just let go people, This fear mongering starts to harvest. Protect your energy. Speak to people that believe we're in the most opportunistic time in this industry like myself or other people and find ways. Listen to podcasts. While all the people doing successful things, so learn from those people, educate with those people.
