What does it mean to be an #intelligenceanalyst in the private sector? Following the path previously set up by AIAIG - Associazione Italiana Analisti di Intelligence e Geopolitica, the Italian Association of Intelligence and Geopolitics Analysts (which is compliant with the Italian Law 4/2013 on new professions and is now working with UNI Ente Italiano di Normazione on the 10459 Standard for Security Professionals, including a new "intelligence specialist" profile), Centro Studi AMIStaDeS APS launched one year ago the ANALYST Erasmus+ project, funded by the European Union: a two year programme to standardize the education, training, skills and competence for european "wannabe" intelligence analysts, with a special focus on the private sector employment. The project is about to launch, in the coming weeks, its Massive Open Online Course, which will be followed by a on-site intensive Summer School and a pan-european conference on Intelligence Professionals in Bruxelles, in 2026.
