Join Our Team! We're Hiring a Senior Design Engineer - Architect. We're seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and a passion for innovative design. Key Responsibilities: -Preparing and reviewing design deliverables ensuring they are in line with the company's requirements and in adherence to the project's guidelines. -Providing technical expertise, resolving related problems and propose alternatives. -Carrying out site visits to ensure work activities are being conducted according to quality, time, and cost. -Collaborating effectively with engineers and other stakeholders. -Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and exceed expectations. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a reputable University . -Minimum of 7 years of architectural design experience, with a preference for at least 3 years in the real estate sector. -Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). -Thorough understanding of building codes and regulations. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
