What I think is the benefit of choosing Agile on over other options in the market is that Agile's model is the only one that doesn't own the physician. Ajilon is a partner and in our market in Ohio, the people that adjoin have put with us to help us perform have been nothing but great partners. Agelon's model is nimble, it is growing quickly and it enables doctors so that they can still control their own practice and the way they deliver care without a lot of the barriers and restrictions that were on them in the previous models. Our purpose for existing in in our markets is to help communities thrive. When Amazon comes in and speaks about really at the core helping communities thrive, really a quick mesh. The second thing is our #1 core value is that relationships matters, specifically that physician patient relationship that in primary care uniquely is longitudinal versus most anything else in, in healthcare. And so the idea that Azulon would, would honor that in a way that really invests in that relationship, which is what Catalyst has always tried to do, really created a quick sync from a, from a marriage standpoint to know that we, we had a foundation that we could build on. We could have been owned along the course of the last 30 years. With multiple offers from different companies, and we always turn those down because we always felt like those companies had a completely different mindset of what successes For us, success is taking good care of people and putting the patient at the center of our work and creating relationships with patients in a way where they can trust us with the means that we're provided. Through Agelon and that partnership with Catalyst, it's creating a new way for us to practice in the way we can achieve better results.
