When I first walked in, I mean, there's a lot of energy, there's people who are greeting you, and it's such a beautiful building and a great setting. I mean, the building's amazing, the view is amazing, But more importantly, the think tank that you're going to step into and just network and learn all that you can about innovative programs that are being created, the speakers, and then walking away just with a wealth of knowledge. Every single person that resented today gave us their e-mail addresses. Reach out to us if you need anything. It was so collaborative. I have never, ever, in all the years in administration gone to a leadership forum where I felt like a family member so instantly. I do not even want to go home tomorrow. Just being able to network with individuals from across the nation, it's been just so inspiring and uplifting. And again, like I said, that we all face these challenges, but we're all coming together to figure out what is the solution for all of us. Like, how do we all come together to make this work for all of our students? Despite where our students come from or where they live or what their backgrounds are, This was a really nice solution to offer opportunities for our kids to close those gaps, get on and above level in a great, engaging way. And I've learned that I can not only be informed about policies, but I can influence policies by being very focused with my legislators.
