To show respect to wonen AerLingus should upgrade the ladies toilets in the lounge. Only one toilet flushes, only one sink has a trickle of water.
Lynne Embleton I am writing to formally complain about my missing checked-in baggage, which has yet to be returned despite confirmation from your team that it arrived at the destination. After landing, my luggage was missing from the baggage area, and a delayed baggage report was filed. On Thursday, I received a call informing me it would be delivered to the airport on Friday. However, I have not received it to date. What’s more frustrating is that my tracing application was suddenly closed without resolution. I contacted your baggage tracing center multiple times, but was only told they “don’t know why it was closed” and “can’t do anything.” This response is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Aer Lingus’s service standards. I urgently request the following: - Immediate re-opening of the tracing case and a renewed effort to locate my luggage. - A proper explanation for the case closure without my consent or resolution. - Clear, direct communication from someone empowered to assist. - Compensation for the inconvenience, delay, and lack of service.
Hi, I have been trying to get a refund for my canceled flight for two months now, but I have yet to receive any resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, no one has addressed my request.
