Meet Cynthia — chief of staff and senior vice president of the Macon Market at Atrium Health Navicent. Cynthia shares what inspires her as well as her favorite mantra: “Nearly 23 years ago, I started my journey at Atrium Health Navicent as the director of Marketing. I’ve had the opportunity to grow and advance through various leadership roles across different divisions. These diverse experiences have profoundly shaped my professional journey, and I’m continually inspired by our teams’ incredible dedication to delivering the best possible care to our patients and their families. It has been a privilege to do my part to serve the central Georgia community, and support those providing health and wellness services. No matter the task, I remain grounded by holding dear the mantra that ‘every person we serve is loved by someone,’ which serves as a reminder that every patient is a unique individual who is treasured by family and friends. As we address their overall health, we are entrusted with their dignity, privacy, and most importantly, their holistic healing process, and that is a sacred mission for us all....I’m proud to honor the many women leaders across all disciplines who have paved the way in health care administration and community service and hope to continue to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to the people of central Georgia through my role.”
