When they got smacked for giving “artificial streams” which aren’t artificial, they’re “organic” because the purpose of “major label” verse “independent music” as a production idea for society to create two independent variables to create and produce different sales just like how different state schools have their own teams but the nfl teams are all of the small ones just upstreamed can only be created by “inventing the different IMAGE” then versing them together I created NextToGetSigned.com where execs can use their email and all the direct messages they skip replying to everywhere, to sell to those people a way to “be next in hype” and when you have a page on my platform that you use as a lead magnet, you can become a sales god to entice strangers to be customers. If I take 100 small artists and give them 20 million views a video then they become the demand and we create a industry where we’re the top mini celebs and then nobody can even penetrate my lane, then my hierarchy will be insane and A&R’s can be ”selling superstars” all day and getting money daily. But they have to become my friend because I do business to benefit the person who knows how to advertise. I’m doing favors to put food on A&R’s tables again so come and let’s make each other rich.

He was the ONLY candidate we talked to. And now he's our first technical hire at Scripe. I'm super hyped to welcome Roel Leenders to our team! 🎉 For a long time, everything at Scripe was built by Christoph Meise. ❌ But as we grew, it became impossible for him to handle all the bugs and still develop productively. Roel was the first person we interviewed, and we immediately knew he was the perfect fit. ✔️ Here's why Roel stood out: 1. Culture Fit: → His values align perfectly with ours. → Every team member had a great feeling about him joining us. 2. Product Focus: → Roel is a dedicated product builder. → He aims to develop what users truly need, bridging me and Christoph on product insights. 3. Tech Stack: → His skills are a perfect match for Scripe’s tech stack. → He was already working in this space with the same stack. 4. Independence: → Christoph gave him a tough task during the hiring process. → Roel tackled it alone, solved it, and showed he asks the right questions Finding someone like Roel is usually tough, so we decided to skip interviewing anyone else. And what I already knew from the first week was that this was the best decision we could make! And that makes me SUPER HYPED for 2025.
