Adarga has secured an Enterprise Agreement Lite worth up to £12m with the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD). This will enable the MOD to rapidly access and deploy Adarga’s AI products and services as part of UK Defence capability. As one of the first agreements of its kind to be offered to an SME, this reinforces the strategic value of Adarga’s technology and rapid AI innovation capabilities to the British Armed Forces. Adarga has been working closely with the MOD to deliver information advantage - this includes the successful deployment of Adarga’s AI capabilities to UK Strategic Command.     I am curious - any assessment out there already on whether DeepSeek's models would qualify as general-purpose AI models with systemic risk under Section 51 #AI-Act. What about the presumption in Subsection 2: "A general-purpose AI model shall be presumed to have high impact capabilities pursuant to paragraph 1, point (a), when the cumulative amount of computation used for its training measured in floating point operations is greater than 10*25*" -- do they ever reach this benchmark in terms of computation power?
