Thank you to everyone who attended the Integrating Physical Activity into Health and Care event in London yesterday. It was fantastic to have more than 160 delegates representing both the sport and physical activity and the health and care sector coming together. A big thank you to our partners Sport England and NHS Horizons who helped to organise the event. #ActivePartnerships #PhysicalActivity #UnitingTheMovement
