In a survey of 247 executives across industry sectors, HBR found that 92% of organizations are working with AI/ML models today, yet 61% don’t have a data strategy in place to support it. Developing an effective data strategy is hard and requires a robust and scalable data infrastructure, governance processes, and a data-driven mindset within the organization. From June 11th to June 14th, I took part in the "Rethinking Digital Platform Regulation: Challenges and Future Perspectives" summer school organized by Università di Pisa in Italy. 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐂𝐑𝐀 2024 🇯🇵 Today I attended the 4th Workshop on Representing and Manipulating Deformable Objects together with my colleague Kevin Galassi. Job satisfaction and attrition for physics teachers in the first five years Thursday January 9, 2025 14:15 - 15:05 GMT Pope A1 Summary and discussion of recent research into factors affecting the job satisfaction and career intentions of physics teachers in their first five years of teaching. This study was conducted by Dr Mark Whalley of the University of Chester and Ian Horsewell of the Institute of Physics and explores the reasons for the high rate of attrition of early career physics teachers, and how they differ from the teacher population as a whole. Strategies that may address this at a school and MAT level will be discussed as well as broader policy implications.

We will focus on three topics: - What are the main challenges of accessibility? - How do questions of scale (national, regional, local) affect the interactions between accessibility, mobility, and regional/urban planning? - In what ways do current planning and policy-making processes include the needs voiced by citizens? Keen to be part of TOD-IS-RUR Network!

AXIES2024 （Academic eXchange for Information Environment and Strategy） We held discussions with researchers on the following topics from organizational, departmental, and individual researcher perspectives. I participated as the moderator of the panel at axies2024. (1) How can RDM contribute to advancing research activities from the perspectives of infrastructure development and governance? (2) Do we have sufficient personnel to promote RDM? 　If not, what kind of talent or expertise is needed to address these responsibilities?

The final CTRP SIG presentation was the symposium "But What the Heck Is a Theoretical and Conceptual Framework?", lead by Dr. Justina Ogodo.
