Some thoughts that I shared on stage at IPSS 2024 about equity success measurement. Again - a huge thanks to Resource Works Stewart Muir and Margareta Dovgal for hosting our panel on Partnership in Principle & in Practice: Measuring Progress. Check out the clip below!
I was so grateful to be able to assemble and moderate a panel of incredible speakers at IPSS 2024 in Vancouver on June 5, 2024. We discussed how leaders are encouraged to make the equity decision, how communities can drive benefits such as training, education, and development, and how can partnerships measure success. This is a small nugget of the rich information that was shared on stage that day. Thanks to all who attended!

Hello! Can you help us to spread the word? We know that people love to hear from ORSC-ers how the training program changed their work and perspectives on teams & systems. I really appreciate it if you can share your insights and experience in a testimonial! The more tangible we make it, the easier it is for ORSC-curious to understand what ORSC is all about. For reference, a few questions to help you. • What motivated you to attend ORSC? • How would you describe your overall experience? • What within the ORSC program has had the greatest impact? • Besides the professional aspect, what are the personal benefits to you? We will publish testimonials in our marketing and communications to future ORSC-participants, including your name, role/company, photo (or your LinkedIn), and of course we'll tag you so that you can see it too! Please send your response to marketing@competence.org or in a LinkedIn DM to Annechien Lubbers CPCC. Thank you very much!!!

Exciting Times at the Midlands LSIP Celebration ⭐ Amanda Knight was delighted to attend the Midlands LSIP (Local Skills Improvement Plan, part of the #DfE led Local Skills Improvement Fund) Celebration event, where so many passionate professionals are working together to drive economic growth and enhance skills across the region. 🔑 Key Sectors with Skills Priorities Identified: - Manufacturing & Engineering - Construction - Health & Social Care 📊 Key Transferable Skills Highlighted: - Digital Literacy - Leadership - Adaptability Not surprisingly, behaviour was voted as a key development priority for employers when considering knowledge, skills, and behaviour. At Cognisco, we recognise that these three elements are deeply interconnected: People need the right #knowledge, Build #skills on that foundation, and Demonstrate the appropriate #behaviours when applying them. Another important question raised was: "How can we measure behaviour?" By combining these three elements with #confidence, Cognisco’s MyKnow 365 provides a framework to measure and predict likely behaviours. This ensures your teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need for success. #MidlandsLSIP #DfE #SkillsImprovement #EconomicGrowth #Cognisco #MyKnow365
