ACI World - Airports Council International’s Post

👏 Well done! Rome Fiumicino Airport and Rome Ciampino Airport have been upgraded to Level 2 in ACI’s Accessibility Enhancement program as a result of their continuous work in providing quality, safe, and caring services to passengers with special needs. “As a vital infrastructure, the airport must be accessible to everyone. Ensuring full accessibility at Rome Fiumicino and Ciampino airports means meeting the needs of every passenger, including those with disabilities or reduced mobility. However, our commitment goes beyond operational aspects. With a forward-looking approach, we actively promote a culture of inclusion and respect for diversity through initiatives across the region. In this way, accessibility becomes not only an essential technical requirement but also an integral part of a broader vision that creates social value and fosters shared awareness.” — Marco Troncone, CEO, Aeroporti di Roma 🔗 Learn more about the ACI AEA program: https://bit.ly/3oUC2vs ACI EUROPE
