What Jess Does In Her Free Time: "When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I especially enjoy adventuring with my husband. I love traveling and am absolutely obsessed with visiting beaches. I also spend a lot of time walking at local parks with my dogs. In addition, I am very active in my church, where I volunteer in the children's ministry regularly." What Jess Enjoys Most at ATS, and What She Is Looking Forward To: "I absolutely love seeing our clients master new skills. It's rewarding to see the growth and improvement made between intake to discharge. Working as a BCBA is inspiring because I get to witness clients grow across different areas and discover their own unique sense of self. From first words, to gaining independence in a task, and even learning to make friends at school, it's encouraging to see the small victories each day that eventually lead to life changes for our kids and their families."
